Rolls-Royce Power Systems (RRPS) is expanding significantly at its Friedrichshafen facilities to meet rising demand, planning to hire 500 new employees locally by the end of the year as part of 1000 global hires. This expansion includes renovating factories and constructing a new advanced facility in Kluftern to boost production capacity and flexibility. RRPS offers competitive salaries, a record €2850 profit-sharing payout for full-time employees, stock purchase incentives, and invests over €4 million annually in training and development, reflecting its commitment to securing skilled workforce.

Meanwhile, in the town of Radevormwald, a recent job fair attracted 18 companies seeking qualified staff. The event saw a better turnout than the previous year, with some attendees arriving prepared with application folders, signaling growing interest despite the still moderate recruitment response. Economic development officer Kirsten Hackländer acknowledged the increased attendance as a positive outcome.
