Germany Pushes for New Raw Material Strategy to Secure Supply Chains and Promote Sustainability

Germany is intensifying efforts to develop a new raw material strategy aimed at reducing dependency on foreign sources and strengthening supply chain resilience. Key materials such as lithium, cobalt, and rare earth elements are crucial for advancing green energy, modern technologies, and climate protection, but currently, Germany relies heavily on a limited number of countries, creating vulnerabilities.
