Launch of ResilienzCheck.org Empowers German Companies to Strengthen Resilience in Crisis

In response to the growing economic, technological, and societal challenges faced by German businesses, the Hessian initiative has introduced ResilienzCheck.org, a new digital tool designed to bolster corporate resilience. Launched in February 2026, the application enables companies to conduct a comprehensive self-assessment of their organizational resilience across ten critical areas including physical security and workforce culture.

The app requires users to answer 58 questions within approximately 15 minutes, covering aspects such as tested evacuation procedures and employee preparedness for emergencies. Importantly, it offers complete anonymity with no registration required. After completing the assessment, companies receive a detailed maturity report highlighting strengths, vulnerabilities, and tailored, actionable recommendations to enhance resilience.

Developed collaboratively by resilience experts, IT specialists, crisis managers, and organizational consultants from various Hessian organizations, the tool addresses key challenges like cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions, geopolitical instability, and the energy crisis. It seeks to help companies navigate risks efficiently by identifying areas for improvement in a solution-oriented manner.
