Alice and Ellen Kessler, the internationally celebrated German twin entertainers, have died together at the age of 89 in their home in Grünwald, near Munich. After fleeing to the West in 1952, they settled in Düsseldorf and later gained international fame as the star performers at the famous Paris Lido starting in 1955.
