Driven by the Climate Agency Kreis Olpe, the Efficiency Agency NRW, and VIA Consult, the initiative features expert presentations and networking opportunities, encouraging companies to share best practices in energy efficiency and sustainable innovation. Meike Menn from the Climate Agency Olpe emphasized, "The ecological transformation of our economy is one of the central challenges of our time," while Markus Schumacher of the Efficiency Agency added, "Companies that invest in sustainable solutions today will be more competitive tomorrow." Meanwhile, in Lüdenscheid, the upcoming Grind event from November 6 to 8, 2025, aims to bridge startups and established companies to boost innovation and regional economic development. Organized by SEG, Firstlab, and other partners, the event includes keynote speeches, workshops on financing and marketing, and a Stadtrundgang showcasing successful local ventures.
