New Workshop Series Empowers Women and Companies with Essential Future Skills

A new workshop series titled "Women. Companies. Future. – I bring my potential to effect" is launching in September 2026 to equip women and organizations in Germany with crucial Future Skills amid a rapidly evolving labor market. Organized by the Contact Point for Women and Work in North Black Forest, the series aims to strengthen competencies such as self-efficacy, communication, and change competence – skills increasingly vital as businesses navigate digital transformation and talent shortages.

The program begins on September 15, 2026, in Pforzheim, followed by three online modules on September 24, 29, and October 6, and concludes with a final event on October 15, 2026. It targets women across career stages, as well as leaders and HR professionals seeking to foster effective teams and forward-looking personnel strategies.

Annika Theobald, an expert in systemic personality development, highlights that developing confidence and understanding one’s strengths are key to managing change effectively. Johanna Jüngling, head of the Contact Point, emphasizes the importance of these skills for company sustainability in a competitive talent market.

Supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Crafts and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg, the free workshop series combines scientifically backed insights with practical methods to enhance personal effectiveness and collaboration. Registration details are available on the Contact Point’s website.
