Police Respond to Multiple Incidents Across Germany on October 26, 2025

On October 26, 2025, German police managed several serious incidents across different regions, including a grenade threat in Bielefeld, a fatal collision in Görlitz, and multiple thefts and accidents in Springe and Bad Münder.

In Bielefeld-Sennestadt, a 62-year-old man threatened restaurant guests with a hand grenade around 1:20 PM. Police intervened, firing a warning shot and then shooting the man in the leg when he remained uncooperative. He was apprehended and taken to hospital.
