ReGuest, which has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since December 2024, has expanded its hospitality technology portfolio by acquiring a 30% stake in Swiss Servecloud AG. Servecloud specializes in providing hotels with a centralized system to manage their technology needs through a single point of contact, aiming to simplify and enhance digital infrastructure management for hotels.
This strategic partnership enables ReGuest to extend its expertise beyond customer relationship management (CRM) and guest communication, previously strengthened through its acquisition of the Cologne-based opensmjle, a firm specializing in holistic marketing and hotel tech solutions. Together, ReGuest and Servecloud seek to offer a comprehensive service package that covers the entire guest journey, providing hoteliers a one-stop solution with optional support irrespective of their existing systems.
Michael Mitterhofer, CEO of ReGuest, emphasized that the collaboration addresses critical challenges in the hotel market and enhances ReGuest’s presence not only in Switzerland but also in key international markets such as the UK and the Middle East. Founded in 2014 by Mitterhofer and partners Denis Pellegrini and Stefan Plattner—who themselves previously established hotel tech company Zeppelin—ReGuest continues to innovate by filling gaps in hotel communications and boosting booking rates through technology.
