Three German enterprises have collaborated to establish SubPulse, a subscription and customer management platform designed to unify and streamline previously separate services and processes. SubPulse integrates operational handling and consulting across subscription and customer management, including key account management, accounts receivable, fulfillment, customer care, analytics, and e-commerce.
The platform's technology core is fly by Darwin CX, which connects subscription management and fulfillment with finance, reporting, marketing, and e-commerce, bridging both online and offline workflows. This integration aims to eventually have all publishing clients represented on a single unified platform.
Leadership of SubPulse will be under Christian Süss, former head of MEXO, and Andreas Koch, ex-VP of Managed Services at DSB. The advisory board comprises Alexander Münch, Michael Staudenmaier, and Martin Lange, providing strategic guidance. DSB adds its managed services expertise to the new entity.
By combining these strengths, SubPulse seeks to offer a comprehensive, cutting-edge solution that meets modern subscription economy demands, simplifying customer management for clients and supporting growth in Germany's publishing industry.
